Tâm Sự Tài Xế Taxi... …. “Self Development”

Dạo trước em đi làm cu-li “process worker” 5 ngày trong hãng. Vì thiếu tiền xài, cuối tuần chạy xe taxi thêm 2 ngày nữa. Trong lúc rảnh chờ khách, em đọc đủ loại truyện, tác giả nào là Kim Dung, Quỳnh Dao, v..v

Sau mấy năm trời làm việc nhìn túi tiền của mình cũng chẳng có dư bao nhiêu.

Có bao giờ chủ nhà LyNhat và cô bác đến thăm tiết mục này, tự hỏi vì sao chủ đề này có nhiều bài đăng (entries) hay số lần tham gia góp ý (comments hay replies), hoặc số lần người vào đọc (views) như ta thấy ở ảnh chụp trang này không?

Có lẽ những con số đọc được cho thấy nhiều lắm, phải không?

Theo tôi, chắc là vì ai cũng muốn ... học cách làm giàu chăng?

Mong bà con thử góp ý đi, nhất là những bác đọc và hiểu được tiếng Anh, vì hầu hết mọi bài đăng là ... tiếng Anh "nguyên chất", không được dịch sang tiếng Việt?!!!

Chúc mừng năm mới 2015, chúc bác dồi dào sức khoẻ và minh mẫn như ngày còn thanh niên.

Làm giàu ai lại không thích, thành quả có được tự mình tạo ra, không nhờ sự giúp đỡ từ cha mẹ hoặc anh chị em trong gia đình

Cháu học hỏi từ sách vở, nghe CD, xem DVD và áp dụng từ những bậc thầy. Từ 2 bàn tay trắng có ngày hôm nay, cháu làm được thì bất cứ ai làm cũng được.

Cứ theo công thức mà làm.

Tiền bạc chỉ là phần phụ, phần chánh là rèn luyện con người của mình.

Theo cháu thấy, ông Jim Rohn là bậc thầy của các bậc thầy. Cháu cảm thấy may mắn khi biết ông Jim Rohn.

Nhắc đến những con số người tham gia rất lớn vào tiết mục cuả bạn LN riêng mà thôi, thì cũng là thiếu sót, vì còn một tiết mục "Viết để làm gì?" cuả bạn dangson ở Pháp (bấm vào đến đó!), cũng đạt được những con số kỷ lục khác thường!

Vậy cũng mong bà con nào có ý kiến lý giải những hiện tượng này, thì hay quá!

Vả lại, tôi nghĩ Ban Quản Lý nhà mình cũng thử nghiên cứu xem sao, biết đâu chẳng tìm ra được lý do khiến một trang web lại được quần chúng chiếu cố nồng nhiệt như thế! (Mỗi tiết mục có cả ... vạn lần người vào đọc! Và điều "tương phản" nổi bật là một tiết mục toàn nói chuyện tiền bạc, cuả cải vật chất..., còn tiết mục kia toàn là chuyện tinh thần, tâm lý,...).

Ông Jim Rohn có một lân nói rằng, người ta dùng rất nhiều thời giờ cho một kỳ nghỉ hè vài tuần thay vì cũng dùng thời giờ đó chuẩn bị cho tương lai.

Cháu không ngạc nhiên cho lắm phần đông chẳng ai muốn nghĩ cách làm sao, cũng thời giờ đó kiếm tiền nhiều hơn.

Chúng ta sống vào thế kỷ thứ 21, cạnh tranh hàng hoá rất là khốc liệt. Ở Mỹ, Úc, Đức, Pháp trả lương nhân công 200 đô một ngày. Trong khi đó ở China, Việt Nam, Ấn Độ, Phi Châu chỉ trả lương không tới 10 đô một ngày.

Nếu không khéo, công việc của chính mình bị người nào đó ở Việt Nam, Ấn Độ, Phi Châu, China lấy đi.

Cuốn sách này đọc muốn điên đầu luôn, khó hiểu và mỗi lần đọc lại ngủ gục.

Chào Ototot và Lynhat. Tôi cũng xin đóng góp thêm về nhận xét trên.

Sự thật về công việc của mình bị các nước khác như China, Ấn Độ, Phi Châu, Việt Nam và luôn cả Singapore, Mexico ….. lấy đi….. là việc đã và đang xãy ra.

Không phải là do họ ăn cắp những tài liệu, hay kỷ thuật của mình, mà do các công ty (điển hình là trong nước Mỹ) vì muốn hạ giá thành phẩm của mình nên đã TỰ NGUYỆN trang bị máy móc và truyền dạy kỷ thuật lại cho các công ty nước ngoài, để họ có thể sản xuất cho mình.

Riêng với Singapore: Sau khi đã ký họp đồng với công ty nước Mỹ rồi, thì họ lại mướn công nhân hoặc subcontract với các nước lân cận như Indonesia và Malaysia để làm ra sản phẩm rồi gỡi lại cho công ty nước Mỹ. Họ không cần làm nhiều mà lại được lợi nhiều nhất.

Trong những quyễn sách của LyNhat đã mua ắt có nhắc đến những kỷ thuật làm ra tiền như thế này.

Hiện tại trong nước Mỹ, nhân viên làm việc tại Mc Donalds đang có xu hướng đòi hỏi tiền lương $15/ giờ, nếu được chấp thuận (hiếm có) thì sự cạnh tranh về hàng hoá sẽ càng gay go hơn!!!

Cảm ơn chị góp ý làm đề tài sôi động.

Chúng ta bước vào thế kỷ thứ XXI, và bước vào kỷ nguyên năm 7000, "7th millennium", cạnh tranh trên toàn thế giới. Một món đồ dùng hàng ngày được bày bán từ nhiều nơi, nhiều nước khác nhau.

Nếu không khéo chẳng có việc làm và dĩ nhiên chẳng có tiền xài.

Ông Robert T. Kiyosaki có chỉ dẫn, khi kinh tế lên tiền chạy vào túi của mình, khi kinh tế xuống tiền cũng chạy vào túi của mình.

Ông Jim Rohn cũng có chỉ dẫn, đừng có lo kinh tế lên xuống, lúc nào cũng có việc làm, và lúc nào cũng có tiền xài.

Hiện giờ LN theo học 2 ông này. Kết quả tạm thời có được, 20 năm không cần làm việc, gia đình vẫn đủ sống.

Nếu chị thích, chúng ta cùng nhau học hỏi, suốt cuộc đời không cần làm việc mà vẫn có tiền xài.

Chào chị Dasong,

Bày thì không dám bày, nhưng chia sẻ sự học hỏi "share knowledge" thì được. Những sự hiểu biết của LN học từ nhiều người thầy khác nhau như : Earl Nightingale, Zig Ziglar, Dale Carnegie, Jim Rohn, v....v.., thanh lọc lại làm của riêng mình.

Dạo trước cha mẹ vượt biên dẫn đàn con trong đó có LN đến Úc này bằng 2 bàn tay trắng. Cha mẹ có nói : chúng ta phải đến bờ tự do, hoặc là chết trên biển, không sống chung với Việt Cộng được.

LN học được từ cha mẹ, sống phải có muc tiêu "learn how to set goal". LN đưa ra mục tiêu "set goal", sống là phải có tiền, nếu không có tiền, tìm tôi trong lòng đất lạnh.

Cũng hên LN bắt đầu bằng 2 bàn tay trắng, những cái gì kiếm được là thặng dư.

Còn chị Dasong thì sao?

Chị Dasong không những làm giàu cho chủ, cho cả ông thuế vụ và ngân hàng (nếu chị mượn tiền mua nhà, mua xe trả góp)

Chị có tính ham học hỏi "Learn" thì tốt quá xá rồi. Bước thứ hai chị phải làm "Do", áp dụng sự học hỏi của mình. Bước thứ ba là chấm dứt "Finish" công chuyện làm. Bước thứ tư chú ý đến, quan tâm đến "Care" công việc làm.

Learn, Do, Finish, Care.

Có rất nhiều người học đủ thứ, nhưng chẳng bao giờ làm.

Có rất nhiều người học, làm tùm lum, nhưng chẳng chấm dứt công chuyện nào cả.

Có rất nhiều người học, làm, chấm dứt, nhưng không có chú ý đến, để ý đến, quan tâm đến
"care" công chuyện mình làm.

Chị thử áp dụng 4 bước này xem : Learn, Do, Finish, Care.

Bảo đảm với chị sẽ vui vẻ, tràn đầy tự tin.

Bây giờ thì gần đất xa trời rồi, nên "DO" và "CARE" không có cơ hội để thực hiện được, phải chi là 10... 20... 30 năm về trước. Cho nên bây giờ chỉ còn là LEARN then FINISH mà thôi. :-)

Có rất nhiều người nói tôi còn trẻ, còn thời gian làm, không cần gấp! Có nhiều người lớn tuổi nói tôi già, hết sức rồi!

Nói tóm lại đó là lý do : không muốn làm.

Để LN chỉ cho chị phương pháp nhé.

Cái đầu "the head" gởi tin nhắn cho cơ thể "the body" : tao có rất nhiều công chuyện cần làm, mày làm tao thất vọng quá, chắng có sưc khoẻ nào cả! 20 cái hít đất và chạy bộ 2 dặm mỗi ngày.

Có thể chị chạy bộ 100 thước là thở dốc rồi, không sao! Chị nghỉ vài phút, không phải vài tháng, vài tuần, vài ngày, chỉ vài phút thôi, chị chạy thêm 100 thước nữa, cứ nghỉ vài phút cho mỗi đoạn chạy

Thế là chị chạy 2 dặm mỗi ngày.

Có sức khoẻ rồi chị làm cái gì mà không được!

6 Things That Constitute a Good Life

But what constitutes a good life? This is my shortlist:

1. Productivity. You won't be happy if you don't produce. The game of life is not rest. We must rest, but only long enough to gather strength to get back to productivity. What's the reason for the seasons and the seeds, the soil and the sunshine, the rain and the miracle of life? It's to see what you can do with it—to try your hand to see what you can do.

2. Good friends. Friendship is probably the greatest support system in the world. Don't deny yourself the time to develop it. Nothing can match it. It's extraordinary in its benefit. Friends are those wonderful people who know all about you and still like you.

3. Your culture. Language, music, ceremonies, traditions, dress - all of that is so vitally important that you must keep it alive. It is the uniqueness of all of us that, when blended together, brings vitality, energy, power, influence, uniqueness and rightness to the world.

4. Spirituality. It helps to form the foundation of the family that builds the nation. And make sure you study, practice and teach. Don't be careless about the spiritual part of your nature; it's what makes us who we are—different from animal, dogs, cats, birds and mice.

5. Don't miss anything. My parents taught me not to miss anything. Don't miss the game; don't miss the performance; don't miss the movie; don't miss the show; don't miss the dance. Go to everything you possibly can. Buy a ticket to everything you possibly can. Go see everything and experience all you possibly can.

6. Your family and the inner circle. Invest in them and they'll invest in you. Inspire them and they'll inspire you. Take care of the details with your inner circle.

If a father walks out of the house and he can still feel his daughter's kiss on his face all day, he's a powerful man. If a husband walks out of the house and he can still feel the imprint of his wife's arms around his body, he's invincible all day. It's the special stuff with your inner circle that makes you strong and powerful and influential. So don't miss that opportunity. Make sure in your busy day to remember the true purpose and the reasons you do what you do. May you truly live the kind of life that will bring the fruit and rewards that you desire.

giúp đỡ người thân trong gia đình ở đây, ở Việt Nam, người khốn khổ, tiền mua sắm bất ngờ, tiền chi vào nhà cửa hư hao, tiền nước, tiền điện, khách quỵt không trả tiền taxi v.v..

The Law of Sowing and Reaping

Here’s the first of the basic laws of leadership: Whatever you sow, you reap. Now here’s another way to put it on the positive side: In order to reap, you must sow. Reaping is reserved for those who sow, who plant. To deserve the harvest, you must plant the seed. Take care of it in the summer. Carefully harvest it and then do wise things with the harvest.

Now, here’s the rest of the law of sowing and reaping. If you sow good, you reap good. If you sow bad, you reap bad. You can’t sow bad and hope for good. You can’t plant weeds and hope for flowers. Here’s something else about the law of sowing and reaping. You don’t reap only what you sow. That’s important to understand. You reap much more than what you sow. If you just reaped what you sow, what’s the exercise for?

An important thing to understand about that is it works both positive and negative. The old prophet said, “If you sow the wind, you don’t reap wind, you reap a whirlwind.” You’ve got to be careful sowing the wind. It comes back as a whirlwind. That’s on the negative side. But now it also works on the positive side. If you plant a cup of corn, how much do you get back—a cup? No, a bushel for the cup. You get back much more than what you plant. That’s the reason for planting—for the increase.

Now here’s the next key to the law of sowing and reaping. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Everybody has to understand. The farmer plants the crop in the spring and takes care of it all summer. He’s an honorable man. Loves his family and is a decent citizen. But the day before he sends the combines into the field, a hailstorm comes along and beats his crop into the ground. And it’s gone. It’s lost.

So this time it didn’t work. Now what must the farmer do? He’s got to decide whether to do it again or not. “Shall we take another chance the next spring?” We would advise him to do so even though he lost everything in the last harvest because more often than not, you’ll have a harvest if you plant in the spring. There’s no guarantee, but it’s pretty good odds. It’s better than Las Vegas. Incredible! The law of sowing and reaping.

We could go on and on with the list, but remember this: The list of things that I’ve just covered and many more—all put together—play only a minor role in your better future.

When my friend is asked, “How do you develop an above-average income?” he says, “Simple. Become an above-average person.” Work on you.

“Develop an above-average handshake. A lot of people want to be successful, and they don’t even work on their handshake. As easy as that would be to start, they let it slide. They don’t understand,” he says. “Develop an above-average smile. Develop an above-average excitement. Develop an above-average dedication. Develop an above-average interest in other people. To have more, become more.”

Work harder on yourself than you do on your job.

Strangely enough, with two different people in the same company, one might earn $100 or even $1,000 more a month. What could possibly be the difference? If the products were the same, if the training was the same, if they both had the same literature, the same tools, the same teacher, the same compensation plan, if they both attended the same meetings… why would one person earn more? 4 Straightforward Steps to Success

Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines practiced every day.

Success is neither magical nor mysterious. Success is the natural consequence of consistently applying basic fundamentals.

I’ve said it before, that success is the study of the obvious—but sometimes we need someone to remind us and show us the simplest way to get there.

Here are four simple steps to find your way to more success than you could ever imagine:

1. Collect good ideas. My mentor taught me to keep a journal when I was 25 years old. It’s the best collecting place for all of the ideas and information that comes your way. And that inspiration will be passed on to my children and my grandchildren.

If you hear a good health idea, capture it, write it down. Then on a cold wintry evening or a balmy summer night, go back through your journal. Dive back into the ideas that changed your life, the ideas that saved your marriage, the ideas that bailed you out of hard times, the ideas that helped you become successful. That’s valuable, going back over the pages of ideas you gathered over the years, reminiscing, reminding yourself. So be a collector of good ideas, of experiences, for your business, for your relationships, for your future.

It is challenging to be a student of your own life, your own future, your own destiny. Don’t trust your memory. When you listen to something valuable, write it down. When you come across something important, write it down. Take the time to keep notes and to keep a journal.

2. Have good plans. Building a life, building anything, is like building a house; you need to have a plan. What if you just started laying bricks and somebody asks, “What are you building?” You put down the brick you’re holding and say, “I have no idea.”

So, here’s the question: When should you start building the house? Answer: As soon as you have it finished. It’s simple time management. Don’t start the day until it is pretty well finished—at least the outline of it. Leave some room to improvise, leave some room for extra strategies, but finish it before you start it.

Don’t start the week until you have it finished. Lay it out, structure it, put it to work. The same goes for the month ahead—don’t start it until you have a plan in place.

And, the big one, don’t start the year until it is finished on paper. It’s not a bad idea, toward the end of the year, to sit down with your family for the personal plans, to sit down in your business for the professional plans, to sit down with your financial advisor to map out money plans. Plan out your calendar, your game plan, for all of life’s moving parts.

The reason why most people face the future with apprehension instead of anticipation is because they don’t have it well designed.

3. Give yourself time. It takes time to build a career. It takes time to make changes. It takes time to learn, grow, change, develop and produce. It takes time to refine philosophy and activity. So give yourself time to learn, time to start some momentum, time to finally achieve.

I remember when Mama was teaching me a little bit about the piano. “Here is the left hand scale,” she said. I got that; it was easy. “Here is the right hand scale.” I got that, too. Then she said, “Now we are going to play both hands at the same time.” “Well, how can you do that?” I asked. Because one at a time was easy... but two the same time? But I got to where I could play the scales with both hands. “Now we are going to read the music and play with both hands,” she said. You can’t do all that, I thought. But you know, sure enough I looked at the music, looked at each hand, a little confused at first, but finally I grasped it. Then I remember the day when Mama said, “Now we are going to watch the audience, read the music and play with both hands. Now that is going too far! I thought. How could one person possibly do all that? By giving myself time to master one skill before we went to the next, I got to where I could watch the audience, read the music and play with both hands.

Life is not just the passing of time. Life is the collection of experiences and their intensity.

4. Change yourself. Learn to solve problems—business problems, family problems, financial problems, emotional problems. The best way to treat a challenge? As an opportunity to grow. Change if you have to, modify if you must, discard an old philosophy that wasn’t working well for a new one.

The best phrase my mentor ever gave me: “Mr. Rohn, if you will change, everything will change for you.” I took that to heart, and sure enough, the more I improved, the more everything improved for me.

You cannot change your destination overnight, but you can change your direction overnight.

To master your time, you must have clear written goals for each day that you keep with you at all times. It helps to create each day's list the night before. Prioritize your goals for the day and constantly review them. Enterprising people don't let the minor activities distract them from the major activities—the ones that hold the keys to their success.

2. Don't mistake activity for productivity. You probably know some people who always seem to be busy being busy. To be successful, you must be busy being productive. Some people are going, going, going, but they’re not making much progress. Don't mistake activity for productivity, movement for achievement. Evaluate the hours in your days and see if there is wasted time that you could manage better.

3. Focus. The third key is good concentration. You've got to zero in on the job at hand and, like an ant, let nothing stand in your way and let nothing distract you from the task. Assuming this is a major activity in pursuit of the highest leverage opportunity available, there should be nothing more valuable to invest your time in.

Enterprise is always better than ease. Every time we choose to do less than we possibly can, we limit our possibilities—we stifle our potential. You can alter your life by doing a little more each day to work smarter and by developing a habit of efficiency rather than the habit of activity.

Imagine what you could accomplish if you never quit and always did all that you could do.
